Accomodation
The conference fee doesn't include accomodation for participants of the workshop. However, we understand that booking a room in a foreign country might be difficult and stressful, so, at your request, we may assist you in booking your chosen place to stay. In that case, please remeber that you still will have to pay for the accommodation directly to the vendor, not us.

Offers the highest standard of the hotels listed here as a 3-star hotel. It is also very close to the place where the workshops are held, requiring only 4 minutes of walking from the hotel to the faculty. The price is 250 zł/night and includes breakfast (and other amenities listed on their website) when providing the password ‘KMS UJ’ when booking directly with the hotel.

Being next to Convictus, this facility is also very close to the palace where the workshops are held. It is more group-focused so you may need to share a room with up to 3 other people if you’re travelling alone. The price is about 170 zł/night.

AGH Hostels

These rooms are located in the dorms of AGH’s Student Campus – the biggest student campus in Poland. The quality of stay depends on the room type chosen: Standard, Comfort, Premium. Regardless of the chosen room type, this place is close to the city center, which can be easily reached by foot. In order to get to the workshops, we would encourage you to use public transportation, as there are many bus stops around AGH’s Student Campus. The price per night is 110-160 zł/night, depending on the chosen room type.

Red Carpet Hostel

This hostel is near the city center and is 6 minutes away from the closest tram stop (Nowy Kleparz) having a good connection to the Norymberska tram stop – the closest tram stop to the place where our workshops take place. Please note that the pricing listed on their website is outdated – we reached out directly and can inform you that the price averages 130 zł/night in case of a standard room (sharing a bathroom and kitchen with another room) or 200 zł/night in case of a deluxe room (private bathroom, tv, electric kettle).
